Returns You have the right to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.

Conditions of Exempt Products We do not accept returns of products that have been opened. Make sure the product is in its original condition if you wish to proceed with a return.

Exchanges We offer replacement only for damaged items. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at isulafarm@gmail.com.

Shipping Charg es Shipping charges for returning your item are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used during the purchase.
